What is Biodynamic Massage?

Biodynamic massage is a therapeutic approach that listens to the body's inner language. During treatment, the therapist uses a stethoscope to follow the intestines' activity β€” showing how the body processes and releases stress.

Developed by Gerda Boyesen, a pioneer of modern body-oriented psychotherapy, this method recognises that unresolved emotions can remain in the body and block the natural flow of life energy. Through biodynamic massage and psychotherapy, these blockages can be released, allowing more vitality, calm, and balance.

Benefits of Biodynamic Massage

Biodynamic massage is used both as a healing practice and a form of gentle psychotherapy. It can support:

β€’ Relief from pain and back problems

β€’ Reduction of stress, anxiety, and tension

β€’ Support with depression or burnout

β€’ Guidance during crisis, life transitions, and change

By integrating experiences and emotions, what once felt like a burden can instead become a source of strength and resilience.
