Conscious Dance is a space where mindfulness and free movement meet. It is an exploration of body, mind, and spirit that supports self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal growth.

Unlike structured dance, there are no steps to follow β€” only an invitation to move freely, reconnect with yourself, and experience the therapeutic power of movement.

Eileen Murray has dedicated her life to supporting others on their journey to psychological well-being.

Her professional path began in 1980 as a psychiatric nurse, and over 30 years ago she trained as a body psychotherapist. A few years later, her first conscious movement class profoundly shifted her path, igniting a lifelong dedication to movement as therapy.

Eileen has completed extensive training with:

She is also a certified Open Floor Therapy in Motion practitioner.

Through one-to-one sessions, classes, and workshops, Eileen creates a space where movement, stillness, and deep listening come together. Her approach is compassionate, steady, and rooted in decades of experience.
